Q&A - Pioupiou Loyalty Program
How do I create an account for the program?
If you are not yet a member, we invite you to create an account like this:
- On computer, top right "login"
- On mobile, in the drop-down menu, at the very bottom, "login".
- Or click on the panel / pop-up with the little green star ★ at the bottom right of your screen, "je m'inscrire".
How can I check my points?
If you already have a Pioupiou account, simply log in and transform your acquired points into credit to spend in the site's boutique.
These points will be visible via the ★ panel/pop-up at the bottom of your screen.
How do I redeem my points and vouchers?
At the bottom of your screen is a ★ icon which allows you to open the loyalty program panel/pop-up.
You'll see various information: your current points, how to earn more, and how to redeem them. Select the reward you'd like to earn, and you'll then receive a discount code by e-mail and on this same panel/pop-up ★. Don't forget to copy the code.
At checkout, insert the code in the "Add discount > Gift card or promo code" field, then click "validate".
Does my points or purchase credits have an expiry date?
Your points and purchase credit are valid for a limited period of one year.
How do I earn more points?
At the bottom of your screen is an icon that allows you to open the loyalty program panel/pop-up ★.
Here you'll find various information, including how to earn points: Instagram, Facebook, Birthday. Click on the rewards and follow the links.
For your birthday, enter your date of birth - you can change it if you make a mistake. ⚠️ You receive your birthday points on your birthday... You should also be aware that the system will not generate your points if the date you enter is within the next 30 days.
I already have a Pioupiou account with which I have placed all my previous orders. Are my points lost?
Don't worry! At the launch of our loyalty program, anyone who has placed an order in the last few months (since September 2022) has received points retroactively!
Please note that it is not possible to merge two accounts if you have already ordered with two different e-mail addresses.

Q&A - Sponsorship program
How sponsorship works
It's so simple!
1/ From the ★ panel/popup (bottom right of the screen), the sponsor retrieves his/her unique sponsorship link and sends it to his/her future godchild(ren) via Facebook or e-mail.
2/ The sponsored person receives a sponsorship e-mail inviting him/her to enter his/her e-mail address in the Sponsorship section of the Pioupiou website.
3/ She then receives her personal code, which she will enter in the "Add a discount > Gift card or promo code" field at checkout.
4/ The sponsor then receives his or her corresponding point credit when the sponsored child's first order is validated.
How to become a Pioupiou godmother or godfather?
It's that simple! You just need to have a Pioupiou account and share the link available in the panel / pop-up ★ with your family or friends who are not yet part of the Pioupiou family!
How many people can I sponsor?
As many as you like! There's no limit to the number of referrals you can have!
You can sponsor your friends, family or anyone who doesn't yet have a Pioupiou account! Share without moderation for our little ones!
I'm a godparent, when do I receive my reward?
The reward will be sent to you once your loved one's first order has been placed!
I'm a sponsored child and would like to use the code given by my sponsor. What should I do?
When you make your first purchase on our Pioupiou website, at checkout, insert the code in the "Add discount > Gift card or promo code" field, then click on "validate".
